Orange Is the New Black star Laura Prepon has slammed dating rumours with Hollywood star Tom Cruise as “false”.
It was earlier rumoured that Laura, 34, and Cruise, 51, who are both practicing Scientologists, had been secretly dating since last fall, reported Daily Mirror. “It’s just so funny that, when people don’t know, they just make stuff up, (like), apparently I’m dating Tom Cruise right now,” Prepon said.
“And apparently he doesn’t want me doing the show (‘Orange Is the New Black’) because I portray a lesbian and I’m a Scientologist.
This is false. Where are they even getting this stuff? It’s unbelievable to me,” she added. Cruise was previously linked to New York restauranteur Cynthia Jorge, but has not publicly dated anyone since his split from Katie Holmes in summer 2012. Prepon, 34, ended her longtime relationship with Christopher Masterson, in 2007. (IANS)
