SHILLONG: The annual Seng Khasi (Kmie) Mawkhar, Shillong Cremation Ground cleaning programme was held on Sunday at the Jaiaw Cremation Ground, Shillong, which was inaugurated by Adelbert Nongrum, member, Khasi Hills Atutonomous District Council in the presence of its members.
A large number of youth, drawn from different Seng Khasi units of Shillong and the suburbs took part in the programme.
The Lum-Jingthang committee of the Seng Khasi (Kmie) Mawkhar, Shillong expressed its gratefulness to all those who took part in the programme.
