Achievement

Gayfreen Lyngdoh, daughter of (L) John R Fancon and Baianty Lyngdoh has been awarded the Degree of Doctor of Philosophy by NEHU for her thesis “The journey to the self: A study of the Women characters in select novels of Pearl S Buck and Amy Tan”. She worked under the guidance of Prof. Esther Syiem of the Department of English, NEHU.
