SHILLONG: State PCC President D D Lapang, has congratulated Nabam Tuki on his re election as the Chief Minister of Arunuchal Pradesh and also for the resounding victory of the Congress Party in the Assembly elections in the State. Lapang in his congratulatory message also extended his best wishes to Tuki as he leads the State into a new term of office.
