SHILLONG: One Modirk Nongkynrih lodged a complaint at Shillong Sadar PS that on March 30, 2012 one Josimuddin Ahmed of Oakland, Shillong borrowed Rs. 47 lakh from him and failed to return the money.
However, when the complainant went to ask for the money, Josimuddin Ahmed threatened him with dire consequences.
