SHILLONG: National Institute of Fashion Technology, Shillong held its 3rd Convocation at the NEHU Convention Hall on Friday.
43graduating students were handed over their degrees and awards during the event.
Prof. Ashoke K. Dutta, Member of North Eastern Council and former director, IIM, Shillong was the chief guest on the occasion. Host of distinguished guests, parents of the graduating students and other guests were present during the convocation which started with a welcome address from Prof. Bibekananda Banerjee, Director, NIFT, Shillong.
The degrees were awarded to the 43 students by the chief guest, Director, Deputy Director and respective course coordinators from the Fashion Design Department Accessories Design Department.
