SHILLONG: The Guwahati franchise of the Indian Super League football competition will announce the team name and other details in Guwahati on Tuesday.
This will be the first official press conference of the team, which is co-owned by Shillong Lajong FC and Bollywood actor John Abraham.
Guwahati is one of the eight franchises for the new league, whose maiden season will begin in September.
The team name is likely to feature some reference to the North East region.
