Mairang dispensary eyes Sept completion

SHILLONG: Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Minister, Deborah C Marak, has said that the construction of the dispensary at Dongki Ingding under Mairang Sub Division is expected to be completed within the month of September, 2013.

“Around 75 percent of the construction of the dispensary has been completed,” Marak said while replying during the Question Hour in the Assembly on Wednesday while adding that a total of Rs 49.92 lakh has been sanctioned for the project.

To a supplementary question of Mairang legislator, Metbah Lyngdoh, she said that they have proposed a total number of four staff for the dispensary including veterinary officer, field assistant, people and a security guard.
