TURA: The Garo militant outfit Matchadu Matchabet has claimed responsibility for the botched grenade attack carried out on the Araimile Police Beat Office in Tura on last Saturday. In a statement on Tuesday, the commander-in-chief of the militant outfit, Mat Me’mang claimed that the attack on the police outpost was jointly carried out by his outfit along with Mikkim Arengh, the West Garo Hills Area Commander of another militant outfit, the A’chik Tiger Force (ATF).
