Programme
The North East Regional Domestic Workers Movement, Meghalaya region will observe the International Domestic workers Day on June 16 on the theme minimum wage and social security. The programme will be held at Don Bosco Technical Hall at 1 pm and Labour Minister Ampareen Lyngdoh will be the chief guest.
Surgery
A reconstructive surgery of Leprosy affected people was conducted at Shantivan on five persons, on June 9 and 10 in collaboration with the various organizations including the State Government.
Inauguration
Lady Keane College, will inaugurate the Lady Keane College Centre for Human Rights on June 14 at 11 am in the college auditorium. MSCW chairperson Theilin Phanbuh will be the chief guest.
