Notice against child labou

The Deputy Commissioner and Chairman District Task Force, East Khasi Hills, Shillong has notified that anyone found guilty of employing a child or permitting a child to work, in contravention of the provisions of Section 3 will be punishable with imprisonment for a term not less than 3 months and which can be extended to a year, or with fine not less than ten thousand rupees which can be extended to twenty thousand rupees, or both.
