Shillong author releases collection of Khasi poems

SHILLONG: Rilyntilang Kharkongor, Assistant Lecturer (Khasi Dept.) of St. Anthony’s Higher Secondary School released a book entitled ‘Katto Katne Ki Syrwet Umjer’, which is a collection of poems in Khasi on Monday at her residence in Lumparing.
The book was released by Rev. Dr. Larington Kharkongor. A member of the All India Poetess Association, Kharkongor was a student of Pine Mount School Shillong and she graduated from St. Mary’s College.
She did her MA in Khasi from North Eastern Hill University.
