SHILLONG: An army personnel identified as Subodh Sarkar has been arrested for stealing a wheel clamp belonging to the Shillong Traffic police.

According to reports, Sarkar’s Maruti van was clamped by police as it was parked in a ‘no parking zone.’ Later, Sarkar stole the clamp and fled. Subsequently, a case of theft was registered against him.
