Lhungdim B Hemknomnang, son of Late PA Thenjakhal Lhungdim and Late Lhingjahat Lhungdim of Manipur has been awarded degree of doctor of philosophy in political science for his thesis ‘Electoral Politics in Manipur: A study of 2007 Assembly elections in Churachandpur district’ under the supervision of Prof LS Gassah.
