SHILLONG: The husband of 55-year-old Dwisphida Dkhar, who was murdered at Laitmynsaw village under Jhalupara Outpost, Morning star Lyngdoh has emerged as the prime suspect. Confirming this, East Khasi Hills district police chief M Kharkrang on Thursday said Morning star has so far been successful in giving police a slip.
The body of Dwisphida Dkhar was recovered with her throat slit last week from a hilltop at Laitmynsaw village.
