B’deshi nationals arrested

SHILLONG: Two Bangladeshi nationals have been arrested for felling trees at Naipark Forest at Block-I.

Police said that the two Bangladeshi nationals were apprehended by Forest staffs on July 13. The arrested person has been identified as Md. Abdulalit and Amin Hussain and they were apprehended while they were felling trees at Naipark Forest.

An FIR in this regard was lodged by J Chyrmang, Range Forest Office at Khliehriat police station.
