SHILLONG: Police have arrested one Eliza Pyngrope (26) for allegedly assaulting a CrPF personnel at Police Bazar. The incident happened on Wednesday night around 10.30 pm when Pyngrope (26) assaulted S. Rudrapa, Section Commander of CRPF.
The miscreant, who was in an inebriated condition, also attempted to snatch the service rifle of the CRPF personnel.
