Labourer murdered in Tura

TURA: A labourer working at a construction site in Burny Hills locality of Tura was found murdered on Monday.

The 50-year-old victim, Abdul Saheed of Garodoba village in Garobadha town, 31 kms from Tura, had left the construction site in Burny Hills early Monday morning to catch a bus for his home town when he disappeared.

His body was found in some shrubs a little distance behind Montfort School by some children playing in the area on Monday afternoon at around 3:35 PM. An inquest by a magistrate at the site of the murder indicated a head injury caused by a blunt object.
