CM’s ST status case hearing on Sept 15

SHILLONG: The next hearing of the petition of Tennydard Marak on the Chief Minister’s tribal status will be heard by the Supreme Court on September 15. Though the matter came up for hearing on July 21, the apex court postponed the matter since one of the judges in the bench Justice Rohinton Fali Nariman had appeared for the petitioner as an advocate early this year.
