JOWAI: The Sein Raij Ialong – a religious organization of the ‘Niamtre’ or traditional faith – will celebrate the annual Behdeinkhlam Festival on August 9 at Ialong village in West Jaintia Hills District.
The Sein Raij Ialong – one of the Sein Raij in Jaintia Hills – will conclude the annual festival at the sacred pool called ‘Tre Pyrda’.
According to general secretary, Sein Raij Ialong, M. Phawa, the invitees include PWD Minister Sniawbhalang Dhar, Umroi MLA Ngaitlang Dhar and the district Deputy Commissioner, besides others.
