SHILLONG: The first ever Travelling Children’s Literature Festival will be held in Shillong on Saturday. On the occasion, a Writer’s Workshop for Secondary School Students under State Education Mission Authority of Meghalaya, SEMAM-RMSA, will be organised to encourage reading and promote creative writing among students at State Central Library at 10:00 A.M. and at Pine Mount School at 3:00 P.M. This is for the first time that the festival is travelling to the Northeast.
