Independence Day

In view of the Independence Day celebrations, the Raj Bhavan, Shillong will be kept open for general public on August 14 and 15 from 5.30 PM to 7.30 PM.

Medical camp

The Seng Samla Lumiablot, Nongthymmai in collaboration with the Bawri Nethralaya organized a free medical camp on Friday in Tiny Tots School, Nongthymmai. 227 patients turned out for the camp.

Silver jubilee celebrations

As a part of the Silver Jubilee celebrations, SBUK will organize an inter-college comedy competition at the U Soso Tham Auditorium from 11 am August 16.

Prize distribution

The prize distribution ceremony of the 40th Annual Cultural Competition will be held on Saturday at Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Cultural Centre, Quinton Road from 3:00 p.m onward.
