Independence Day

In view of the Independence Day celebrations, the Raj Bhavan, Shillong will be kept open for general public on August 14 and 15 from 5.30 PM to 7.30 PM.

Medical camp

The general meeting of the Meghalaya Tourist Transporter’s Association (MTTA) will be held on August 12 at Laban Sports Club, at 10.00am. The meeting will discuss the issue of parking space allotted to the Association at Police Bazar by the District Authorities.

Silver jubilee celebrations

As a part of the Silver Jubilee celebrations, SBUK will organize an inter-college comedy competition at the U Soso Tham Auditorium from 11 am August 16.

Prize distribution

The prize distribution ceremony of the 40th Annual Cultural Competition will be held on Saturday at Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Cultural Centre, Quinton Road from 3:00 p.m onward.
