New Delhi: The condition of former cabinet minister and BJP leader Jaswant Singh continued to be serious Monday and he remained on life support systems.

The 76-year-old leader was admitted to the Army Hospital (Research and Referral) Aug 8 in a critical condition.

“There has been no improvement and he continues to remain serious,” a doctor told IANS.

The leader was running mild fever in the morning.

Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad and Pratibha Advani, L.K. Advani’s daughter, visited him.

Jaswant Singh was brought to the hospital with a head injury Aug 8, following a fall at his house here in the night.

He was brought to the hospital by his family members after they found him lying on the floor in an unconscious state.
