Ben Affleck injured on ‘Batman v Superman’ set?
Actor Ben Affleck has reportedly injured his left shoulder on the set of his upcoming film ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’. The 42-year-old star, who plays Batman in the superhero movie, strained himself due to a stunt involving his left shoulder. He was sent home, it was reported. “It was hurting him pretty bad,” a source said of the set injury. “He’s putting his all into this role and it’s pretty physically demanding. The trips to the gym are two, sometimes three times a day and on set he’s like a machine.” The sequel to 2012’s ‘Man of Steel’ has been moved to March 25, 2016 to avoid competition with ‘Captain America 3’ which is due May 6. Katy Perry gets nose pierced
Pop star Katy Perry has got her nose pierced for the second time after being left with a scar at the age of 13 when she punched a hole through her nostril herself. The 29-year-old singer took some time out from her ‘Prismatic World Tour’ to have a stud punched through her nostril, reported Contactmusic. The brunette beauty posted a video of the procedure on her Instagram, which sees her wince with pain as the needle is pushed through the right side of her nose. The ‘Roar’ hitmaker’s decided to have her nose pierced in the hope of covering up the scar she was left with at the age of 13 when she poked a hole in her nose herself with a safety pin and an ice cube. Stallone prepping for ‘Rambo 5’
Hollywood action star Sylvester Stallone has revealed that he is preparing himself to begin shooting for ‘Rambo 5’. The 68-year-old ‘Expendables’ ringleader says he’s starting to work out to get ready for his return as John Rambo in the fifth film. The last ‘Rambo’ film came out in 2008, it was reported. “I’m getting ready for ‘Rambo 5’. I’m starting to work out. I’m going to be appropriately vicious and all that stuff, but intellectual. A killer with a heart. Smart, yet stupid. Tall, yet short. Broad, but thin. You know what I mean. We’re going to try to cover all the boundaries,” Stallone said. In the next movie, John Rambo will face off a Mexican cartel. Stallone previously described the new Rambo as “his version of No Country for Old Men.” (PTI)
