SHILLONG: A meeting of the State Level Public Grievances Committee was held at Science Hall, Nongpoh on Thursday.
The meeting deliberated upon implementation of various schemes in Ri Bhoi besides problems faced by the concerned departments in discharging their duties.
“The Committee is visiting the district to get a feedback from the district heads on the progress (of various schemes) and problems faced while implementing the developmental schemes available in the respective departments,” Chairman of the Committee KC Momin said.
The State Level Public Grievances Committee was constituted in 1980.
