SHILLONG: Synod College, Shillong bagged the trophy of the NEHU Shillong Zone Inter College Badminton (Men) tournament 2014 while St. Anthony’s College, Shillong had to be content with the Runners-up trophy.
NEHU got the better of St. Mary’s College, Shillong to clinch the title in the Badminton (women) event.
In the Inter-College Table Tennis (Men) tournament, St. Anthony’s College, Shillong lifted the trophy followed by NEHU which settled for the runners-up spot.
St. Anthony’s College, Shillong also bagged the women event title defeating Union Christian College, Umiam.
In the Inter College Chess (Combined) event, St. Anthony’s College, Shillong defeated St. Edmund’s College, Shillong to lift the title.
