SHILLONG: Police arrested three persons – David Lyngdoh (22), Ritu Raj Dutta (18) and Fredy Blah (24) – all from Wahingdoh, Block-5 for assaulting one Reaganald Kharnaior (22) of Wahingdoh Block-3 near Lawmali Bridge on August 30. The arrested persons were remanded to 14 days in police custody.
