SHILLONG: East Khasi Hills police chief M Kharkrang said that police have got some leads into the assault of students in NEHU recently. Talking about the incident, Kharkrang said that students of adjacent hostels clashed and even approached the NEHU Vice Chancellor on Saturday night. Again on Sunday morning, some miscreants from outside went to the same hostel and assaulted three students.
