Singer Anastacia slams reality TV star Kim Kardashi an and her husband Kanye West saying their need
for attention is just so ill placed. The 45-year-old hit out at the star couple for having an “ill placed” need for attention, reports a website. When asked which celebrity annoys her the most, she said: “That’s a very tough one, but it has to be Kimye. They’re just one celebrity. They’re a thing now so you can’t take one without the other. Who could miss their wedding? It was everywhere. “I mean, if they’re in love, that’s great. But there’s so many other things they could be spending their money on helping the world. “I feel like their need for attention is just so ill placed today. They don’t realise the wars and things going on that they become a little obsessive,” she added. She believes the couple, who have 14-month-old daughter North West, would be more likeable if they put their fame to better use. “They could serve a better purpose with their fame. (ANI)
Pitt doubles up as singer at his wedding
Hollywood star Brad Pitt has reportedly turned into a singer too at his wedding to fiancee Angelina Jolie. The longtime partners exchanged vows in an intimate ceremony in France last week, reported Us magazine. Pitt, 50, apparently hummed the wedding march, while providing the background music when Jolie, 39, walked down the aisle. The couple had a simple wedding as their kids were wedding planners for them from baking a cake to helping their parents write their vows. Jolie wore a gown, which had her kids’ drawings and artworks on it and the veil. (PTI)
Britney spends $31,000 on pets
Singer Britney Spears’ pets are living the life most humans would envy – she reportedly spent over $30,000 on her dogs. Website reports that according to new legal documents filed in her conservatorship, Spears bought two tiny pups in 2013 that came with enormous price tags – more than $13K for both of them! She dropped $5,568 for what looks like a white Maltese in January and then in July she spent another $8,212 for its playmate, a new Yorkie. Spears even spent $1,585 on clothes for the dogs ($650 in one shopping spree alone)! Throw in another $5,205 on dog-sitting, plus more common pet expenses (like food) – in all she laid out $31,234.15. Just for the dogs. (IANS)
