Lajong Boys hold Rangdajied

Shillong: Lajong FC Junior Boys played out a 1-1 draw against Rangdajied United FC in the ongoing Shillong Premier League at the JN Stadium, Shillong on Friday.
The Reds were awarded a penalty when a Rangdahied United defender handled the ball inside the box and Rupert Nongrum converted the penalty to give Lajong Juniors the lead in the 40th minute. Bansharai scored the equalizer in the 57th minute.
On Thursday, Royal Wahingdoh scored three times over Meghalaya Police FT as they met for the first time in this season’s Shillong Premier League.
Lajong Juniors will play their next match against Royal Wahingdoh FC on the 10th of September at the JN Stadium at 3:30pm.
