Shillong: West Jaintia Hills police on Tuesday arrested the main accused of the twin murder case in Borato village in West Jaintia Hills.
Informing this, West Jaintia Hills district police chief Herbert Lyngdoh said that Abiding Rabon (33) was arrested from Laitkor in East Khasi Hills.
It may be mentioned here that, a brother and a sister were brutally murdered at Borato village on July 23 inside a car while they were travelling from their village to Jowai.
The woman identified as Ribaitmi Dkhar, a school teacher and her brother, Jelbinroi Dkhar, an employee of the JHADC, were residents of Borato village.
