Gynecology conference
The 15th Annual Conference of the Shillong Obstetrics & Gynecological Society will be held at Hotel Pinewood from 9am onwards on September 20. Minister of Health and Family Welfare,i A. L. Hek will be the Chief Guest on the occasion while Secretary of Health and Family Welfare, KW Marbaniang will be the guest of honour.
Intl Day of Peace
As a part of the International Day of Peace celebration, Department of Social Work, Martin Luther Christian University (MLCU) will organize a panel discussion on the theme “Peace Building: A collective Response” on September 19 at 2 pm at Savio Hall, Laitumkhrah. The day will also witness a photo exhibition on the conflicts and issues in North East.
