Music workshop
Lou Majaw Foundation will present a programme “Expanding Horizon”, a workshop on sound, its usage in music, films and theatres, conducted by noted guitarist Arjun Sen on September 26 at Don Bosco Youth Centre, Laitumkhrah, from 3pm to 4pm.
College week
Lady Keane College, Shillong, will celebrate the annual college week from September 24-29. The grand finale will be held on September 29 at 10.30am in the college auditorium.
Annual function
Shillong Agarwal Samiti will hold its annual Agrasen Jayanti on Sept 25 at MJ Tower, MG Road, Shillong, from 7pm onwards. S.S. Gupta, Addl. Chief Secretary, and Y.C. Modi will attend the function as chief guest and guest of honour respectively. The occasion will mark the launch of Shillong Agarwal Samiti’s website and release of the directory. members of the Agarwal community have been requested to attend the function.
