Pitt, Jolie take kids to bowling
Newlyweds Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie took their kids — Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Vivienne and Knox — to Lucky Jack’s Bar, Grill and Bowling in Victoria over the weekend. The couple are in Malta filming their upcoming drama ‘By the Sea’. “All of the kids were present, along with three security guards. They spent about two hours at the bowling alley. Everyone was really happy and the kids were joking around with one another,” an eye witness said. Jolie’s weekend also included touring a Maltese Navy ship. The 39-year-old actress spent time with sailors, crew members and other government officials aboard a battleship in Gharghur, Malta, where she learned about the equipment aboard the vessel. (PTI)
Bono hates to Google his name
U2 singer Bono admits he is always nervous to Google search his name. The U2 frontman said he was pleasantly surprised by the online criticism of his group’s new album ‘Songs of Innocence’, which was given away free to Apple iTunes users, reported Contactmusic. “Somebody said to me the other day, he said ‘You’ll have to check out some of these U2 sites,’ and I’m normally afraid to go there because rarely anything we do pleases them (but) they’re really on fire with this,” he said. The 54-year-old rocker said his eldest child has warned him about the ‘upset’ the LP has caused online, but he has dealt with her informative emails by feigning ignorance. “I’ve got an elder girl, who’s like a music Nazi; nothing is cool enough for her and she was just thrilled with Brian Burton being involved with us and she’s been writing me these beautiful long emails telling me about the songs and she’s says apparently some people on the internet are upset, but I said ‘What is the internet darling?’ She’s going to explain that to me soon.” (PTI)
