SHILLONG: Two goals in the second half put Langsning a 2-0 against MLP in a big Shillong Premiere League match on Wednesday at Polo Ground. The first half of the match both went goalless though after few exciting moments from both the teams but it was in the second half that changed the scoreline.
Langsning’s Samson Nongrum provided the breakthrough in the 57th minute before C. Nongdhar scored late the second goal in the 88th minute.
In Second Division, Nongumlong beat Umphrup 2-0. D. Warkhyllew scored both the goals in the 36th and 57th minutes.
