Rangdajied pip Malki 1-0

SHILLONG: A first half goal by Joel Sunday guided Rangdajied United to a SPL win over Malki onTuesday. Rangdajied showed promise early on and were rewarded with a goal in the 27th minute when Sunday’s shot went past Malki’s keeper. The lead was tight, but just enough to take Rangdajied home with a 1-0 victory.

2nd division:Nongkseh beat Krang 2-0 after crucial contributions by D. Wanroy and B. Lyngdoh. Wanroy scored in the 29th minute before Lyngdoh made it 2-0 eight minutes later.

3rd division: Sawmer rallied past Marbisu in a high-scoring 4-2 result. Sawmer goal scorer R.Nonglait(11’’) then added three more goals, through S. Suting (37”), D. Lyngdoh (39”) and M. Jana (60”) before K. Lyngdoh restored Marbisu’s pride by scoring their second goal in the 65th minute.

Umphyrnai and Qualapatty matches drew 1-1. H. Langstieh scored for Qualapatty (22’’) while E. Kharkongor equalise for Umphyrnai’s (43’’).
