SHILLONG: The Council of Catholic Women of India (CWCI) will be observing its golden jubilee during the 23rd National Conference which will held at St. Francis Mount Umbir Parish from October 9 to 11.
The conference will conclude at Cathedral Parish, Laitumkhrah on October 12. The conference is being jointly hosted by the CCWI units of Meghalaya region – Nongstoin and Jowai Dioceses.
CCWI president D.R. Rumnong informed that the theme of the conference is ‘Woman: Salt of the Earth’ with special emphasis on ‘Woman: Enhancement of Life’, ‘Woman” Preserver of Life’ and ‘Woman” Transformer of Life’.
