A VIP vehicle bearing registration no. ML04 A 7272 is parked in a No Parking Zone at Police Bazar around 2 pm on Wednesday. The vehicle belongs to PWD Minister Sniawbhalang Dhar. Interestingly, Traffic Police despite seeing
the violation by the Minister’s vehicle, did not take any action. (UB)
