The Orthopaedic Society Shillong (OSS) on Sunday condoled the death of Orthopaedic Surgeon of Tezpur (Assam) Dr Dhruba Jyoti Deka who was also the dynamic Hon. Secretary, North East Regional Orthopedic Surgeons’ Association. The OSS also extended deepest sympathy to Dr Deka’s wife, son and all his dear ones.
