3 sex workers held from city hotel

SHILLONG: Three suspected sex workers were held from a city hotel on October 5 night, police said.According to police, on October 5 at around 7.30 pm, police conducted a raid at Hotel Nataraj, Thana Road, Police Bazar, and detected three women from Ulubari, Assam, suspected to be sex workers in Room No. 215. After necessary formalities they were forwarded to Shelter Home, Shillong.
