HILLONG: Rynjah fired four goals past Pynthorbah for a 4-1 win in a Third Division match at Polo Ground on Friday. A. Kharsyntiew scored a brace for Rynjah in the 9th minute and 26th minute while P. Shadap scored in the 24th minute and A. Warjri in the 59th minute. For Pynthorbah, R. Sujai scored in the 34th minute.
In the second Third Division match, Qualapaty and Marbisu drew 1-1. J. Kurbah scored a goal for Marbisu in the 52nd minute while S. Marbaniang equalized the margin for Qualapaty in the 65th minute.
In the last Third Division match, Umphrup and Madan also drew 2-2. Umphrup’s goals were contributed by S. Kshiar in the 5th minute and B. Kharumnuid in the 51st minute. Madan’s two goals came from N. Casfa who struck in the 29th minute and 47th minute respectively.
