Ex-JHADC secretary dies

JOWAI: Former JHADC secretary, Promiwell Lyngdoh passed away on Saturday evening. A well known figure in Jowai, Lyngdoh also served as the principal secretary in the Council post his retirement. He was also the father-in-law of columnist, HH Mohrmen. Lyngdoh’s funeral ceremony will be held at the cemetery of the Unitarian Church, Jowai at 12 pm on Monday
