Shillong: The U-12 Chief Minister Football Tournament organised by the District Sports Officer, East Jaintia Hills District Khliehriat as part of the 100 days festival has concluded on Friday.
The tournament was conducted in the block level Saipung block and Khliehriat block, where the winners of the compete in the district level.
In Saipung block the winner was Moollamylliang Sports Club, in the boy’s category and in the girl’s category, Lamyrciang UPS Vs Sacred Heart Sec. School was the winners. In Khliehriat block, Ladrymbai Dongwah SC was declared the winners in the boy’s category and in the girl’s category the winner was Rngad SC.
In the district level, held at Dkhiah West Playground on the Occtober 31, Ladrymbai Sc was declared winners and in Girl’s category Rngad SC was declared winner.
The tournament was concluded in the presence of chief quest Violet Lyngdoh, M.D.C. Khliehriat -Rymbai constituency and the members of Saipung sports association and Khliehriat District Sports association.
