Actress Alisa Reyes says she supports her former TV show ‘All That’ co-star Amanda Bynes, who was recently involuntarily committed to a psychiatric hospital.
Reyes, 33, said she was working on a scripted sitcom with the original ‘All That’ team and would love to have Bynes, 28, again in it, reported Contactmusic. “We all send her love and light, and we continue to support her. But due to what’s going on right now, it’s been hard to get in touch with her.
The last time I got through to her was probably online, but I haven’t seen her in a long time. Everybody deserves a second chance. I’m working on a scripted sitcom right now, and it’s with the original ‘All That’ cast members.
Bynes announced her retirement from Hollywood in 2010 in favour of pursuing a career as a fashion designer.
The troubled star spent five months in a treatment facility in July 2013 when she was placed under involuntary psychiatric hold.
She was released in December and appeared to be getting her life back on track until a conservatorship giving her mother control of her affairs came to an end last month.(PTI)
