SHILLONG: Police have arrested one Kolombos Dkhar in connection with the murder of one Rishanlang Wahlang (35) near MeECL Office at Madanbah, Mawsynram on Friday night. The accused was forwarded to a local court on Saturday, police said adding that the body of the deceased was handed over to the relatives after the post-mortem.
