SHILLONG: A seven-day National Youth Corp (NYC) refresher training commenced at the Youth Hostel here recently. The training was inaugurated by the Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan (NYKS), Meghalaya Zone.
NYKS, Zonal Director RPS Thakur, District Youth Coordinator Salam D Singh and other officials attended the inaugural function of the refresher training programme.
