12-year-old rapes minor

SHILLONG: In a shocking incident, a 12-year-old boy raped another minor aged only four at Nongdom Playground at Nonglang in South West Khasi Hills.The four-year-old girl was allegedly raped on Tuesday. Police has arrested the minor.

In another incident, police arrested one Anil Razak for molesting a woman near Blue Berry Hotel in Police Bazar on Monday evening.
