SHILLONG: Police have ruled out the possibility of any foul play in the suicide of the wife of a police personnel at Police Reserve quarter here on Tuesday. East Khasi Hills SP M Kharkrang on Wednesday said that the woman hanged herself and it was a clear case of suicide. He said that police was yet to ascertain the cause of suicide. The deceased Arnie R Sangma (28) is the wife of sub-inspector Rikseng M Sangma of Jhalupara Outpost.
