JOWAI: MBOSE questions paper for the Class IX Internal Examination 2014 has reportedly leaked with students appearing for the said examination getting the question papers before their scheduled examination, sources have informed.
Sources informed that some students of two schools – Holy Cross Secondary School and Modern Narpuh Secondary School – both located at Umkiang in East Jaintia Hills had allegedly obtained question papers for Social Studies ahead of the examination date on Wednesday.
“Photo copies of the questions were being sold at Rs.150 to Rs.200 to some students of Class IX,” the sources informed.
“After the examination hours on Wednesday some students found out that certain students of both schools had in their possession photo copies of the Social Studies question paper,” the sources revealed.
A student (name withheld) also confirmed that several students of Modern Narpuh Secondary School had got the Social Studies question paper beforehand.
