Award
Lady Keane College, Shillong will award the Keanean Arts and Science Students Award 2014 on December 6 at 10.30 am in the college auditorium. Director of Higher and Technical Education CP Gotmare will be the chief guest.
Cleaning drive
The Dorbar Dong, Dhankheti Malki will organize a cleaning drive on December 12 and has requested all its residents to participate.
No Entry
In view of the launching of the Direct Benefit Transfer of L.P.G Scheme, hundreds of vehicles are expected to be parked alongside the Nongshilliang/ Pohktieh road for completion of formalities at the office of Sunny Indane Agency. As such the following route has been declared as one way and entry of vehicles will not be be allowed from Pohkseh towards Pohktieh for a period of 6 days from December 8 to 13.
